Knollwood: The Sandblasters played on Nov. 24 in a two best balls of the foursome format. The winners were: Jim Braunscheidel, Jim Taylor, Jack Henderson, Bob Edwards, 58; Bob Mellinger, Dick Maderia, Steve Zachary, Pate Feeney, 60; Ken Batchelder, Mike Lloyd, Paul Cottam, Don Palmer, 61.

Birdies were recorded by Paul Cottam on No. 1 and Jim Taylor on No. 9.

Whispering Pines: The Pinettes played on Nov. 24 in a Blind Partners Net Tournament with the following winners:

Flight 1 -- Red Tees: Dot DeMasi and Karen Hobbs, 70; Betty MacDonald and Mary Ann Blake, tied at 71, with Jane Lankford and a blind draw.

Flight 2 -- Peggy Flygar and Louise Warnimont, 71; Ginny Campling and Nancy Donley, tied at 72, with Judy Woodward and Daryl Pierce.

Silver Tees: Elouise Burns and Claire Nacca tied at 65, with Barbara Tompkins and a blind draw.

Pinehurst: The Birdies played on Nov. 23 in an individual low net tournament. Donna Tanner led the field with a 78.

The Women's Golf Association played on Nov. 9 in a "Three Blind Mice" tournament. One best ball was needed on all holes, and upon completion of play three blind holes were posted and thrown out. Total score is for 15 holes. The individual winners: Jackie Meyer and Linda Smythe tied at gross 84.

Pinewild: The Pinewild Men played a team and individual match on the Holly Course and the format was two best balls on holes 1 to 9 and three best balls on holes 10 to 18.

Team results: Allan Vernier, Dick Horky, Stainton Smith and Al Fassett at 15-under par; Johann Rudzitis, Gordon Rednour, Steve Blecharczyk and a blind draw at 15-under par; Vern DeGrange, Dick Mitchell, Tony Petricola and a blind draw at 14-under par.

Closest to the pin winners were Dick Mitchell on No. 3, Walt Kaczynski on No. 8, Norm Elliott on No. 12 and Dick Horky on No. 17.

National: The Men's Day results for Nov. 21 are as follows:
