The 2009 Miss Noel Scholarship Pageant, presented by the Sandhills Business and Professional Women's Organization, will be held at the Aberdeen Elementary School Auditorium at 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov.4.

Co-hostesses for the event are Charity Haskins, Miss Moore County 2010, and Katherine Kearns, Miss Moore County 2010 Outstanding Teen.

The program is dedicated to the continuing support of local business, members and pageant families. This event is the main fundraiser for the SBPW scholarship funds. Scholarship awards are presented in the spring to deserving Moore County women of all ages, furthering their educational goals.

The Little Miss Noel contestants are:

Jennifer Livia Ryder, daughter of Patrice and Eric Ryder, West End; Katy Anderson Stoltenberg, daughter of Molly Stoltenberg, Aberdeen, and Jack Stoltenberg, Southern Pines; Crystal Brooke McLean, daughter of Audra and Terry McLean, Jackson Springs; Kaitlin Garner, daughter of Tina Garner, Carthage; Emma Reilley Overton, daughter of Tracy and Bruce Millen, Southern Pines; Cailin Cecil Belton, daughter of Jenifer and William Belton, Vass; and Kaylee Jones, daughter of Shannon and Kevin Jones, Vass.

The Junior Miss Noel contestants are Calli Brielle McLean, daughter of Noelle and Matt McIntyre, Pinehurst; Alexa Castro-Giovanni, daughter of Deborah and Craig Giovanni, West End; Cassidy Grace Stoltenberg, daughter of Molly Stoltenberg, Aberdeen, and Jack Stoltenberg, Southern Pines; Alexandrea Hope Patterson, daughter of Heather and Scott Patterson, Southern Pines; Mistie Lane Ingram, daughter of Sherrie and George Ingram, Eagle Springs; and Samantha Picariello, daughter of Tina and Pete Picariello.
