Promises, Promises

It is apparent that a significant delay has occurred with the H1N1 (swine flu) vaccine. This is after we were assured this past spring/summer that it was "on track" for distribution.

Now we hear of further delays while many young and very senior Americans are suffering and dying from this deadly flu. Additionally, a recent call to the Moore County Health Department identified that the general flu vaccine is unavailable with no allotment for this year. Wow, this is unreal. Not even the Health Department can get the annual flu vaccine to distribute to the needy!

What do you think will happen if the revised public option health-care bill (some 1,900 pages) passes and the government takes control of all our medical needs? They aren't able to manage the smaller vaccine development/distribution process but want us to believe they will successfully manage all our medical needs? I think not!

In 2010, all of Congress and one-third of the Senate will be up for re-election. Please, make your vote count this time for all Americans.
