Kenneth C. Morgan Jr., felony trafficking in opium by possession, voluntary dismissal; felony trafficking in opium by sell, voluntary dismissal; felony trafficking in opium by delivery, voluntary dismissal; felony sell or deliver schedule II controlled substances, 15 to 18 months in prison, credit for one day, suspended, 36 months supervised probation and six months intensive, 72 hours community service within 180 days and fee, electronic house arrest if necessary, pay $450 restitution, attorney fees, $1,000 fine and court costs; felony possess with intent to sell or deliver schedule II controlled substances, voluntary dismissal.

David B. Musselwhite, felony probation violation, sentence activated, 10 to 12 months in prison to run at the expiration of each and pay attorney fees; two counts felony probation violation, sentence activated, six to eight months in prison for each count to run at the expiration of each previous sentence.
