Kenneth C. Morgan Jr., felony trafficking in opium by possession, voluntary dismissal; felony trafficking in opium by sell, voluntary dismissal; felony trafficking in opium by delivery, voluntary dismissal; felony sell or deliver schedule II controlled substances, 15 to 18 months in prison, credit for one day, suspended, 36 months supervised probation and six months intensive, 72 hours community service within 180 days and fee, electronic house arrest if necessary, pay $450 restitution, attorney fees, $1,000 fine and court costs; felony possess with intent to sell or deliver schedule II controlled substances, voluntary dismissal.

April 15, 2009

Tyrone G. Wright, felony common-law robbery, 15 to 18 months in prison, suspended, 48 months supervised probation or longer if necessary and six to 12 months intensive, comply with treatment order, do not operate a motor vehicle until properly licensed, remain gainfully employed, have no contact with persons or places identified by probation, pay $999 restitution, attorney fees, and court costs; three counts felony robbery with dangerous weapon, voluntary dismissal.

April 16, 2009

Mark A. Fletcher Jr., felony possession of firearm by felon, 15 to 18 months in prison to run concurrent with sentence now serving and credit for 16 days.

Warren E. Fondrie, nine counts felony criminal use of counterfeit trademark, six to eight months in prison to run at the expiration of each, suspended, 60 months supervised probation or longer if necessary, defendint may continue business and include Internet sales of $710,000, do not apply for new passport and forfeit current ones, do not be in possession of controlled substances, false identification and/or firearms, pay $253,338.83 restitution jointly and severally with co-defendant, child support, court costs and upon compliance may transfer probation to Cataret County; one count felony criminal use of counterfeit trademark consolidated with two counts misdemeanor criminal use of counterfeit trademark, six to eight months in prison to run at the expiration of previous sentence, suspended, 60 months supervised probation and comply with same conditions as in previous sentence.

David B. Musselwhite, felony probation violation, sentence activated, 10 to 12 months in prison to run at the expiration of each and pay attorney fees; two counts felony probation violation, sentence activated, six to eight months in prison for each count to run at the expiration of each previous sentence.

Rocky W. Snelling, 10 counts felony probation violation, continue on probation, extend 18 months, comply with 60 days electronic house arrest and pay attorney fees.
