Two Men Face Charges in Larceny

Two men face several charges after being arrested in connection with a larceny that occurred at a Cameron residence in February.
Matthew Scott Henley, 21, of 107 West Maple Street, Vass, was arrested Monday, and charged with felony larceny, possession of stolen property and two counts of obtaining property by false pretense for the larceny that was reported to the Moore County Sheriff's Office on Feb. 5.
His bond was set at $25,000.
Two local pawn shops referenced a fraud in connection with the case to the sheriff's office on Feb. 12 and April 4.
Anthony Palmer II, 20, of 74 Shadow Lane, Whispering Pines, was arrested March 24, and charged with felony larceny and possession of stolen goods for the larceny.
He had an unsecured bond of $5,000.
