Lisa Mace, daughter of Kenny and Gayle Mace, of Seven Lakes, was crowned by Amanda Watson, the reigning Miss North Carolina, as the first Miss Greater Sandhills at a pageant Saturday night at Owens Auditorium. Mace, who also won the talent award, will represent the area at the Miss North Carolina Pageant in Raleigh this June.

Emmy McLean was chosen as first-runner up, and Laura Jordan Puleo was named second runner-up.

Earlier in the day, at the Little Miss Sandhills Pageant, Hannah Spinali was chosen as Tiny Miss Sandhills, Kearsten Dozier was selected as Junior Miss Sandhills and Amy Felix as Little Miss Sandhills.
