Desserts will be supplied by the following bakeries and restaurants: Broad Street Bakery, Caterina's Bakery & Catering, Lula's, Panera Bread, Pik 'n Pig and The Bakehouse.
"In addition, we are excited to announce that a special, and separate wine tasting hosted by Elliott's on Linden, will be held from 4 to 5 p.m. prior to the event," says a spokesman.
Thaddeus Braun, wine manager of Elliott's on Linden, has selected some nice wines to fit all wine enthusiasts' taste buds. Small hors d'heurves prepared by the restaurant will be served with the wine selections.
During the evening, attendees will also be able to buy a raffle ticket for a chance to win a gift certificate to 21 area restaurants. The gift certificates will be raffled off at the end of the evening.
Proceeds will benefit the FirstHealth Foundation Cancer Care Fund, and the West End United Methodist Church Food Pantry.
Tickets are $20 each for the Taste of the Town event and $10 each for the wine tasting.
