William Benjamin Brisbane, 83, of Seven Lakes West, died Tuesday, March 10, 2009, at his residence.

Mr. Brisbane was born Sept. 21, 1925, to the late James and Pearl Brisbane in Lima, N.Y. He served his country in the U.S. Air Force during World War II. Originally from New York, Mr. Brisbane moved to Seven Lakes to retire with his wife of 54 years, Harriet E. Brisbane, in 1983. He was a member of the American Legion and Elks Club.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 14, 2009, at Boles Funeral Home in Seven Lakes with the Rev. David Hicks officiating. Burial will follow in the Seven Lakes Cemetery.

Mr. Brisbane was predeceased by his wife Harriet Brisbane.

He is survived by his daughters, Natalie Garner and husband, Randy, of Seven Lakes, Robin M. Snyder and husband, Glen, of San Antonio, Texas; four grandchildren, Jennifer B.E. Morris and husband, Mike, of Colorado Springs, Colo.; Jeremy Snyder, of San Antonio, Texas, Jack Garner and wife, Meghan, of Seven Lakes, and Gary Garner, of Seven Lakes; two great-grandchildren, Emma and Ryan Morris, both of Colorado Springs, Colo.
