North Moore girls' softball team added Pinecrest to its list of intra-county wins Thursday.

But the 3-2 win didn't come easy. The Mustangs were pushed to the brink by the visiting Patriots, using a two-out bottom of the seventh-inning hit by Shana Morgan to score the winning run.

The Mustangs trailed 2-0 entering the bottom of the sixth before scoring two runs to tie the game, setting up Morgan's game-winning heroics.

North Moore is now 2-1 for the year, while Pinecrest dropped to 0-3-1.
