Undercover Investigation Leads to Three Arrests

An undercover investigation resulted in the arrest Thursday of three West End men on charges of selling crack cocaine.
Michael Terrail Sinclair, 29, Jeremy Deon Smith, 21, and Kent Latrice Smith, 24, all of 187 Love Grove Church Road were accused of selling street-level quantities of crack cocaine during the three-month investigation by the Moore County Sheriff's Office narcotics unit, according to a press release.
Sinclair is charged with four counts of felony possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine, four counts of felony sell cocaine, four counts of felony deliver cocaine, and four counts of felony maintaining a dwelling to keep controlled substance. His bail was set at $100,000.
Jeremy Smith is charged with charged one count of felony possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine, one count of felony sell cocaine and one count of felony deliver cocaine. His bail was set at $10,000.
Kent Smith is charged with charged with one count of felony possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine, one count of felony sell cocaine and one count of felony deliver cocaine. His bail was set at $10,000.
