The Southern Pines police have issued an Amber Alert for Gabriela Patricia Valezquez, a 14-year-old Hispanic female, allegedly abducted by Ciro Alonso Salinas from the National Guard Armory Saturday evening.

Valazquez is described as a 5-foot-4 female, weighing approximately 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Salinas is alleged to have abducted her from the Armory at 10:24 p.m. Saturday evening. He is described as a 20-year-old, Hispanic male, who is approximately 5-foot-6, 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
