A mother and daughter were among those injured in a two-car accident Wednesday afternoon on N.C. 211 near Seven Lakes, not twin sisters as reported in Friday's edition.
A report from the State Highway Patrol had incorrectly given the same birthdates for Elizabeth Monroe and Kendall Chavis, showing they were 26. Monroe is 44. She was the more seriously injured and had to be airlifted to UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill.
