Severe Storm Warning for Northern Moore

A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for northwestern Moore County until 4:30 p.m., according to the National Weather Service out of Raleigh.
At around 3 p.m. doppler radar indicated a severe thunderstorm five miles west of Robbins, moving northeast at 10 mph. Penny-sized hail and winds in excess of 58 mph are likely with this storm.
