Sandhills Classical Christian School invites all parents to its "School's in Session" open house Jan. 27-29.
Parents may see the classical model in action from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 27. This open house offers visitors a chance to observe students in the classroom and see how a classical education integrates studies across subjects and school years.
Visitors may tour the school during an evening open house from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 29. Both sessions present an opportunity to meet students and their parents, teachers, and the headmaster. For parents of preschool-aged children, Little Friends Preschool's open house is from 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 28.

The school offers a full curriculum for preschool through high-school aged children, including art, music, and sports activities. Latin studies are introduced beginning in third grade.
