A search of a Carthage house by the Moore County Sheriff's narcotics unit resulted in the seizure of more than $60,000 worth of drugs and the arrests of three invididuals.

Wanda Cockman Hill, 31, Wanda Louise Edwards, 50, and Peter Eric Ritter, 45, were arrested on charges of trafficking prescription pills and trafficking in marijuana. During the search of a home at 310 Crabtee Hill in Carthage, deputies found 270 Percocet pills, 179 Valium pills, 19 Klonopin pills, 12.7 pounds of marijuana, $11,148 in cash, three firearms and drug paraphernalia, according to a press release.

Hill, who lived at the Crabtree Road address, was charged with felony trafficking in a schedule II controlled substance, felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, felony possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, felony trafficking in marijuana, felony possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana, felony possession of marijuana, felony maintaining a dwelling to keep or sell controlled substance, misdemeanor child abuse and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bail was set at $100,000.

Edwards, of 419 B Lindale Mobile Home Park in Robbins, was charged with three counts of felony trafficking in a schedule II controlled substance, felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, felony sell a Schedule II controlled substance, felony deliver a schedule II controlled substance, felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule IV controlled substance, felony sell a schedule IV controlled substance and felony deliver a schedule IV controlled substance. Her bail was set at $150,000.

Ritter, of 2081 River Road in Robbins, was charged with felony possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana, felony possession of marijuana and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. His bail was set at $10,000.
