Patricia Williams Mallard, 63, of Cary, died Sunday, Feb. 15, 2009.

A Moore County native, she was the daughter of the late Gurney B. and Theresa Wadsworth Williams, formerly of Robbins. A graduate of UNC Chapel Hill School of Pharmacy, she had worked with Eckerd Drug Store and most recently with Rite Aid Stores. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Edward Mallard.

Service: 2 p.m. today (Wednesday) at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home chapel, 200 S.E. Maynard Road, Cary.

Visitation: following the service.

Survivors: her son, James Michael Mallard, of Raleigh; sister, Jean W. McLendon; one grandchild.
