Enjoying Christmas Joy

I've noticed that recent letters and columns in The Pilot have defended the right to say "Merry Christmas." When did this become a problem?
I'm Jewish, and neither I nor any Jewish person I know has ever been offended by being wished a "Merry Christmas." My friends and family enjoy the Christmas spirit and joy that comes with Christmas. We admire the beautiful trees and decorations.
To those who are offended by "Merry Christmas" and insist on "Happy Holidays" -- bah, humbug to them!
