For many years the town of Southern Pines and the Arts Council of Moore County have teamed up to offer local and nonlocal vendors the opportunity to showcase and sell their wares at one of the most successful outdoor special events in Southern Pines. "Autumn is the perfect time to set up a booth and sell your handmade crafts and/or projects," says Sue Gillis, of the Southern Pines Recreation and Parks Department. The 31st Annual Autumnfest will take place Saturday, Oct. 3, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Downtown Park, Southern Pines.

"We have different classifications for booth spaces that are available," says Gillis. "Those who register prior to Sept. 25 get a better rate."
