Charles A. Alger, driving while license revoked, 45 days in prison, suspended, 12 months supervised probation, do not use, possess or consume controlled substances, comply with treatment order with warrantless searches/tests, do not operate a motor vehicle until properly licensed, $150 fine, court costs and upon compliance transfer probation to county of residence.
