Moore County Sheriff's deputies have arrested a Vass man on several charges related to identity theft.

Robert Fowler Jr., 24, of 4220 Lobelia Road, Vass, was picked up by sheriff's deputies on Tuesday, according to a press release, and charged with identity theft, financial card theft and financial card fraud. His bail was set at $25,000.

The arrest stemmed from a report by a man who lives in the Vass area. He reported the incidence on April 17.
