William "Bill" Miles Van O'Linda Jr., an associate at Van Camp, Meacham & Newman, has been elected as president of the Moore County Bar Association and the 19-D Judicial District Bar.

O'Linda has been with Van Camp, Meacham & Newman, since 2006.

He practices in the area of civil litigation, including contract, business, estate and construction.

He is licensed in North and South Carolina, and is a member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and the North Carolina Bar Associa-tion.
