Keep Felons in Prison

Our legislators are contemplating the release of convicted felons, including rapists and murderers.
If you have an IQ over 60, you know that no company or corporation in its right mind will hire any of the released prisoners.
These are not the types of individuals who will break their backs in a field for minimum wage for very long. So, they revert back to crime. If in the commission of a new crime, someone gets raped or murdered, they go back to jail -- for a while.
Elapsed time between release and reincarceration is approximately two months. Do we pay to have them defended again? How much did the state save while they were out?
Here is where the public should request that a picture and the name of every legislator who votes for the felons' release be published in our local papers. We want to know whom to charge with "aiding and abetting" the commission of a crime (because that's what they're guilty of) and whom to vote out of office for such a moronic decision.
If we continue to capture and release criminals who commit these terrible crimes and subject society to the dangers of having them at large, there is no incentive to abide by the law. And if the public believes that the legal system no longer works and protects them, they will find their own solutions.
Do you remember reading about the "Red Legs," "Regulators," "Vigilantes," "KKK?" This is a dangerous way to go, and it won't save any money.
