Herbert Williams Jr., 79, of Southern Pines, died Monday, April 13, 2009, at HCR Manor Care, Pinehurst.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at New Zion A.M.E. Zion Church, Addor. A walk-through will be held from 7 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Purcell Funeral Home, Southern Pines.

Survivors include two sons, Randy Williams, of Aberdeen and Richard Williams; two daughters, Ruby Jones and Teresa Worthon, both of Aberdeen.
