A Vass man faces several charges after allegedly stealing and using a debit card recently.

Jesse Farrell Deaton, 25, was arrested by Southern Pines police and charged with obtaining money by falsely representing and financial identity fraud, according to a press release.

He was released on a written promise to appear in court.
