Natasha D. Smith, misdemeanor larceny, 120 days in prison, suspended, 18 months supervised probation and six months intensive, comply with 90 days electronic house arrest, pay restitution of $86.20 to Burger King of Aberdeen and do not go on premises of, pay attorney fees, $200 fine, court costs and upon compliance transfer probation to county of residence.

Patty V. Spencer, felony probation violation, sentence activated, five to six months in prison, credit for 68 days served and comply with treatment order; felony maintain vehicle, dwelling or place for controlled substances, six to eight months in prison and comply with treatment order.
