A free emergency preparedness fair will be held from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 25, at 9800 U.S. 15-501, Pinehurst.
Five sessions, rotating hourly, will offer information regarding a 72-hour evacuation kit, long-term food storage, severe weather, county emergency procedures and the community emergency response team.
"Learn what you and your family need to know to be prepared for emergencies and natural disasters," says a spokesman.
The fair is sponsored by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and the Moore County Department of Public Safety.
