Pauline Agner Bernardo, 96, died Saturday, April 4, 2009, at Elmcroft of Southern Pines.

A celebration of Pauline's life will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, April 10, in Powell Funeral Home Chapel.

Survivors include her son, Donald V. Bernardo, of Charlotte; two daughters, Pamela B. Priest and Bonnie B. Thompson, both of Southern Pines; four grandchildren, Hollie Gironda, Jennifer Megan, Kenneth Bernardo, and Donald Bernardo Jr.; nine great-grandchildren, Daniel and Michael Gironda, Alexa Jack, and John Megan, Nicholas Allison Lauren, and Clara Bernardo.
