Moore County Sheriff's Office investigators arrested a Carthage man on a several charges involving the theft of a credit card.

The card was reported stolen from a representative of Bill Smith Ford Inc. on Sept. 22, and later that day investigators arrested Jason Michael Carlyle, 29, of 738 Stage Road Carthage. Carlyle was charged with financial card theft, financial card fraud and obtaining property by false pretense. His bail was set at $10,000 unsecured.
