Mildred Lowery Bullard, 74, of Raeford, died Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2008, at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital, Pinehurst.

Mrs. Bullard was preceded in death by a son, Chancey Bullard, and a daughter, Wanda Alvis.

Services were held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Lighthouse Baptist Church, Aberdeen, directed by Boles Funeral Home, Southern Pines. Burial followed in the church cemetery.

Survivors: her husband, Wilbert "Bill" Bullard; sons, Therrel Bullard, of Wagram, Ricky Bullard, of Wilmington, James H. Bullard, of Aberdeen; a daughter, Ruby Jane Graham, of Wilmington; brothers, Delmar Lowery and Ervin Lowery, both of Aberdeen; sisters, Yvonnie Locklear, of Eagle Springs, Juanita Clark, of Raeford and Myrtle Locklear, of Aberdeen; 11 grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
