Deputies Make Quick Arrest in Theft Case

One day after the report of the theft of more than $13,000 in lawn equipment, the Moore County Sheriff's Office recovered the stolen property and made an arrest.
On Tuesday, Bart O'Conner of Pinehurst had reported that his work trailer and all his lawn equipment had been stolen from a site outside of Pinebluff.
Martin Gayton Reyes, 39, of Hoffman was arrested Wednesday, and charged with felony larceny and felony possession of stolen property.
Detectives recovered all the stolen property in Montgomery County.
Reyes was jailed and his bail was set at $5,000.
