The doubles team of Adele Henderson and Helen Powell from Williams High defeated Caroline Yopp and Megan Byrd of Triton 6-1, 6-1 to take the regional doubles championship. In the third-place match, Kristen Blue and Katie Morgan from Eastern Alamance defeated Raleigh McCoy and McKenzie Owen of Western Alamance 6-3, 3-6, 6-2.

All four doubles teams earned the right to compete in this weekend's state finals.
