The Patriot Basketball Camp for rising third- through ninth-grade boys is scheduled to be held at Pinecrest High School from June 23 through 26.

The camp director is Pinecrest boys' varsity basketball coach Mike Apple.

He will be assisted by members of the Patriot coaching staff, along with other area coaches and former and present members of Pinecrest basketball teams.

Camp hours are from 8:30 a.m. until noon.

The camp is geared toward boys desiring to improve their individual basketball skills. It will provide the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of the game and participate in daily camp competitions.

Registration is limited to the first 100 campers.

Each camper will receive a camp T-shirt and handbook. Activities include an ice cream party. The cost is $40.
