We took our 1994 Buick to a Southern Pines GM dealership to have the cruise control repaired. It was not as easy to fix as we thought at first. Two or three times the car was returned, but the problem kept popping up again.
The service department, under the leadership of Service Manager Mark Poser, kept after it and worked on it until they got it fixed.
We had just returned from a 50th college reunion and used cruise control all the way. The Southern Pines Chevrolet Buick GMC dealership has a service department that puts service to the customer first -- where it should be.
