Richard Mandell, golf course architect, presented Audrey Moriarty, director of the Given Library and Tufts Archives, with a donation from the proceeds of his book, "Pinehurst: Home of American Golf."
The Tufts Archives currently has a sand green exhibit and supplies balls and
hickory-shafted clubs during its hours of operation (9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
The funds will be used to help defray expenses of the sand green.
