Camellia Parke Shoppes is home to Sandhills' newest quilt shop and creative sewing center, Linderella's Quilt Works.

Olmsted Village Co. signed a lease with Linderella's Quilt Works in the Camellia Parke Shoppes located in the mixed-use commercial development in Pinehurst, just one mile west of the Pinehurst Traffic Circle off N.C. 211.

Linderella's Quilt Works leased 2,250 square feet of space in Olmsted Village's newest shopping development, Cam-ellia Parke Shoppes. It will be on the north side of the shopping center at 246-D, Olmsted Blvd. Anchors of the Camellia Parke Shoppes center include national men's clothing retailer JoS. A Bank that opened in November 2006 and local independent upscale women's retailer, H. Edwards and Co.

There will be a lot of activity in the Camellia Parke Shoppes development over the next couple of months as Linderella's prepares for its grand opening in August.

Linderella's will stock a wide selection of the finest quilting cottons and batiks, and a large variety of the newest, most innovative notions, books and patterns.

The store will also host many quilting classes and workshops on a variety of quilting techniques and styles for the novice as well as the beginner.

Camellia Parke Shoppes is now leasing spaces from 1,000 to 3,300 square feet and has limited retail/service spaces available in some of its existing complexes as well.
