Chef Mark Elliott, chef and owner of Elliott's On Linden, 905 Linden Road, in Pinehurst, has invited Bob and Ruth Stolting, proprietors of Oldefield Farms, to host a free workshop on local honey at Kitchen Essence at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 26.
The Stoltings will talk about beekeeping and the process of making honey. They will have on hand honey combs, literature and recipes.
