Two Women Arrested in Car Theft

The Moore County Sheriff's Department made a swift arrest in the case of a car reported stolen on Tuesday.
Julie Patterson, 39, of Lakeview and Karla Blanton, 45, of Aberdeen were arrested Tuesday and charged with larceny of a motor vehicle and felony larceny. Both had bail set at $5,000.
Samuel Pilson, who lives in the Vass area, reported the car had been stolen.
