Artist Alley will host a trunk show for Christy Clark from noon to 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 11.
Clark creates handmade sterling silver earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and pins. In addition to her signature collection, she'll also be debuting a series of fashionable longer-length necklaces and an assortment of handcrafted sterling silver Christmas ornaments.
"I'm thrilled that Christy will be joining us for a trunk show during the holiday season," says Artist Alley owner, Jean Skipper. "Her work is well known from the time that she spent in her own jewelry store, Silverwear, which was located in downtown Southern Pines. Her collectors are loyal. They look forward to viewing the latest additions to her body of work, and they welcome the opportunity to spend time with her in person again."
The hallmarks of Clark's work include large loopy hand-forged sterling silver chains. A limited number of gold-filled pieces are available, as are creations with beaded accents. Movement is also an integral part of each of her designs.
Additional information about Christy Clark, her work, and the Silverwear Trunk Show may be obtained by calling Artist Alley at (910) 692-6077. Artist Alley is located one block from the train station in downtown Southern Pines at 167 E. New Hampshire Avenue.
