Moore Alliance Nourishing Neighbors, Amen! (MANNA!) served a sitdown Thanksgiving dinner at all five of their hospitality sites (two in West Southern Pines and one each in Taylortown, Vass and Jackson Hamlet) on Saturday, Nov. 22.

Those who came to eat and have fellowship as well as the volunteers who came to serve, had a great time. Page Memorial UMC prepared the meal, Brownson Memorial Presbyterian provided desserts, Roseland UMC transported the meals to each site and community volunteers served the meals and greeted people as they arrived. The food was great, and the fellowship was even better.

Thanksgiving meals and the lunches served every week at the five hospitality sites are made possible by the generous financial support and volunteer hours from the Moore County community.
