The Sandhills Community College women's volleyball team will play its home opener Wednesday against Rockingham Community College. The game will be played at 7 p.m. in Heins Gym in the Dempsey Student Center.

The Flyers dropped their season opener Monday night to Davidson Community College, 25-11, 25-22, 25-7.

The Flyers will play a 15-game schedule that features seven home games. The Flyers will also be at home on Sept. 10 vs. Central Carolina CC; Sept. 13 vs. Davidson CC; Sept. 23 vs. Stanly CC; 24 vs. Caldwell CC; Oct. 1 vs. Wake Tech CC; and Oct. 16 vs. Catawba CC.
