Jonathan Newman joined the Olmsted Village team earlier this year as business development manager.

Newman had been following the progress of the Olmsted Village project over the years and decided that he wanted to be a part of the development. He had worked for a large development company for seven years.

He has worked on many successful and established projects throughout North Carolina, including the Streets of South Pointe and The Village at Mayfaire.

Newman's experience in leasing and developing shopping centers, as well as his enthusiasm for the Olmsted Village development, will be key assets in the development of Camellia Parke Shoppes, a spokesman said.
