Shoppers will once again be eligible for deep discounts at Belk when they shop on Saturday, May 3, from 6 a.m. until 10 a.m. using their Belk Charity Day coupon.

Coupon holders will receive 20 percent to 50 percent off throughout the store, including special savings on rarely discounted merchandise, in addition to receiving $5 off their first purchase.

Customers who are unable to take advantage of this special four-hour sale will have the option of making pre-sale elections, five days prior, beginning on Monday, April 28.

Belk card customers will receive double bonus points on all purchases made with their Belk cards.

Belk's annual Charity Day Sale in November raised more than $643,000 for hundreds of local charities, schools and nonprofit organizations throughout the company's 16-state market area.

Organizations throughout Moore County are now selling coupons. Some are now selling them at the Belk entrances in Pinecrest Plaza or they may be contacted directly.
