I can understand Fred Schrank's irritated state caused by "The Pilot's liberal editorials and the many left-leaning letters of Paul Dunn" (Jan. 24). The feminist rubbish attributed to the Rev. Joan Ward concerning "Nancy and Hillary" was for you the last straw.

Just for one moment, I ask you to consider the feelings of those of us subjected to the likes of Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, John Hood, Bill O'Reilly, Fred Barnes, Glenn Beck and others who favor the "fair and balanced" reporting of Fox News.

In order to maintain the order of civility in Moore County, I offer to share this with you. To keep away what (to me) is unpleasant, I use the Off switch on my television set. An equally effective alternative is available to you. Don't read The Pilot.
