Eastwood Man Dies in Wreck

An Eastwood man died Friday when his vehicle ran off the side of the road and struck a tree.
Darius Lee McLaughlin Sr., 53, was driving a 1989 Jeep along Lee Road near U.S. 15-501 in Eastwood when the accident occurred, according to a report from the State Highway Patrol.
McLaughlin was the only one in the vehicle.
Trooper Bryon Smith said that the Jeep was not speeding at the time of the accident.
