I've been watching the political posturing that passes for national politics these days, in particular the Democratic Party efforts to gain a non-binding resolution against President Bush's most recent efforts in Iraq.

It occurs to me that it must be increasingly difficult for your average Democrat to awake each morning knowing that your party is inextricably committed to the defeat of the United States of America in Iraq.
