Pumpkin ice cream, pumpkin ice cream pies, pumpkin ice cream cakes, dark chocolate peppermint and spooky treats mark the season at Cold Stone Creamery in Aberdeen.

The store is all decked out with spooky Halloween decorations and trick-or-treaters are invited to come in on Halloween and show off. All kids 12 and under who wear their costumes to the store on Halloween will receive a free kids' ice cream creation.

The kids and parents alike are invited to try Cold Stone's two new seasonal flavors: pumpkin and dark chocolate peppermint.

Two new Cold Stone original creations, two delicious new ice cream shakes, two new ice cream cakes and a ice cream pie have been created to take full advantage of the new flavors.

The Originals are "Pumpkin Pie in the Sky" (featuring pumpkin ice cream, graham cracker pie crust, cinnamon and whipped topping) and "After Dinner Mint" (featuring dark chocolate peppermint ice cream with Oreos, chocolate shaving and marshmallows).

The new ice cream shakes are "Harvest Spice" (pumpkin ice cream, graham cracker pie crust and cinnamon) and "Midnight Snack" (dark chocolate peppermint ice cream and Oreos.)

The new pumpkin ice cream pie features pumpkin ice cream in a graham cracker pie crust with cinnamon rosettes and chocolate maple leaves.

The two new cakes are "Pumpkin Passion" (pumpkin ice cream, yellow cake with cinnamon frosting and graham cracker pie crust with chocolate maple leaves) and "Dark Peppermint Pleasure" (dark chocolate peppermint ice cream, red velvet cake, and chocolate shavings.)
