The Southern Pines Town Council will hold a work session Monday, Oct. 23, starting at 3 p.m., in the Douglass Community Center at 1185 W. Pennsylvania Ave.
The agenda is expected to include a recommendation on a draft ordinance for regulations governing new commercial architectural plans, prepared by Clearscapes Inc. of Raleigh.
The meeting is open to the public.
