POLICE BRIEFS: Man Charged in Theft of Auto Parts

Moore County sheriff's deputies arrested a Jackson Springs man and charged him with larceny of auto parts.
Deputies charged Billy Lee Simmons Jr., 26, of Jackson Springs, with felony larceny and felony possession of stolen goods.
Simmons is accused of stealing auto parts from a property in Eagle Springs on April 5. He was jailed with a $2,000 bond.
Larceny: Sheriff's deputies arrested a Cameron man on Sept. 21 on charges that he stole a truck.
James Pallin Kiser, 29, is accused of stealing a 1993 GMC truck. Deputies arrested him later that day and charged him with felony larceny.
He was jailed with a $2,000 bond.
Assault: Aberdeen police arrested a Carthage woman and charged her with attacking another woman with a knife on July 31.
Officers arrested Lenise Loretia Saxon, 20, on Sept. 21 and charged her with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury.
She was jailed with a $5,000 bond. Her first court hearing is scheduled for Thursday.
Breaking and Entering: Southern Pines police arrested a teenager Monday and charged him with stealing $460 out of a car.
Arthur Kelley, 19, is accused of breaking into a 1988 Toyota Camry on May 17. He is charged with breaking and entering a motor vehicle and larceny after breaking and entering.
He was jailed with a $5,000 bond. His first court hearing is scheduled for today (Wednesday).
Stolen Firearm: Aberdeen police charged Tony Dmario Williams, 18, of Aberdeen, with possession of a stolen firearm and carrying a concealed weapon.
Officers arrested him Sept. 15. He was jailed with a $10,000 bond. His first court hearing is scheduled for Thursday.
Fugitive: Sheriff's deputies, on Sept. 20, arrested a 22-year-old Carthage man who is wanted in Florida.
Kevin Patrick is wanted in Orange County, Fla., for probation violation on grand theft. His first court hearing is scheduled for Thursday.
Breaking and Entering: Southern Pines police arrested a 16-year-old Sept. 24 and charged him with breaking into a Hummer.
Antonio Lamar Allbrooks, 16, is accused of stealing a wallet and identification and $1,000 worth of speakers and electronics.
He is charged with breaking and entering a motor vehicle, misdemeanor larceny and felony larceny.
