Moore County Sheriff's deputies charged a Lakeview man Monday in connection to a residential burglary in the area.

Deputies received the burglary report Sunday.

Officers charged Charles Jason Presley, 22, of 110 Texas Lane in Lakeview, with first-degree burglary, felonious breaking and entering a motor vehicle, larceny of a motor vehicle, two counts of felony possession of stolen goods and damage to personal property.

Presley received a $70,000 secured bond, and his first court date is scheduled for Dec. 4.
