The home, built by Accent, will open for tours today (Friday), Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 25 through 27, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The home is at 10 East Baron's Run in Anderson Creek.
Accent Design Build II is one of 100 builders chosen for the 12th annual builder program.
Each year, Southern Living carefully selects members based on their reputation among local businesses and consumers; strength of presence in their respective markets; superior quality and attention to detail; innovative style; and other criteria.
Members have exclusive rights to a special portfolio of Southern Living House Plans: Volume I designed by residential designer Stephen S. Fuller, and Volume II designed by architects Brian Barks and the team of Ricky Gary/ Steve Ragsdale.
Builders also have access to the entire Southern Living House Plans Service collection, which includes more than 800 plans crated by architects and designers.
"Crestwood Place is a versatile plan, and we think people in the Southern Pines and Pinehurst area will enjoy visiting it," said Kristen Payne, Manager of the Southern Living Builder Program. "We've worked with Accent in the past and know what high-quality work they produce. And they've certainly done a great job with this house."
Accent Design Build II, a member of the Moore County Home Builder Association, has won several awards in the past for its new homes.
Owners Jess Dishner and Colin Webster say that they look forward to building more homes designed for Southern Living in Anderson Creek as well as in the other fine communities in the Sandhills.
Additionally, "The Coleman's Bluff" home will be available for viewing as well.
The home is another plan designed for Southern Living and is still under construction. "The Coleman's Bluff" is at 452 Falling Water Road in Anderson Creek.
